Landscapers: we design, you build

We are a design studio, not a crew competing with you for installation work. If you install and would rather not carry a designer, we can be that designer.

A full front landscape design built in 3D over the owner’s own photograph
Why it works

The drawing does the selling

A design over the customer’s own yard is a very different conversation from a verbal walk-around. Most of what makes a bid hard to win is that the customer cannot picture it.

Win the job on the drawing

Show them the finished thing over a photo of their own property and the quote stops being abstract. They are approving something they can see rather than imagining what you mean.

Quote from a real schedule

Blueprint Snaps come with a hardscape plan, a planting plan and material lists — the documents you need to price a job accurately instead of padding for the unknown.

Same-day when it matters

AP Design produces an initial design and an opening quote the same day, which is often the difference between staying in a bid and losing it on speed.

The install stays yours

We hand over the design and step back. YardSnaps does install its own projects, but a partnership does not oblige you to give any of that work away.

How it runs

Four steps, and you are back in front of the customer

  1. 01
Send the photos and the brief

A good photograph of the area, what the customer wants it to do, and the property address — we use the address to work out sunlight exposure, which drives plant selection.

  2. 02
    Pick the depth

A $95 QuickSnap to show planting, a 3D Snap when structures and grade are involved, or Blueprint Snaps when you need something to price and build from.

  3. 03
Revisions with you, not around you

Every paid package includes revision rounds and unlimited communication. If the customer moves the goalposts, that is what the rounds are for.

  4. 04
    You quote and you build

The drawing and the schedules are yours to put in front of the customer. What happens after that is your job, not ours.

What to order

3D Snaps is the one most partners lead with

It shows the customer the structures, the grade and the planting together, from any angle they ask for — which is usually what closes a job that a flat drawing leaves open. The other two are here because they still earn their place. Published prices, the same ones on the rest of this site; there is no separate trade catalog to learn.

Talk to us

What a partnership looks like is a conversation

We would rather agree something that fits how you actually work than publish terms that suit nobody. Tell us the kind of jobs you bid and how often, and we will work out the rest.

Also open to architects, builders and realtors who need a landscape drawing to finish a package.

FAQ

Before you send the first job

How much does a landscape design cost?
Published prices start at $95. QuickSnap is $95 for a planting design, QuickSnap Plus is $170 once hardscape is involved, 3D Mini Snap is $250 per snap, 3D Snaps start at $450 and Blueprint Snaps at $565. Add-ons are $25 for an itemized plant list and $45 for the labeled design option. There is no fixed ceiling — a design can run upwards of $1,000 depending on the complexity of the design and the size of the project. The free online consultation is where we work out which end of that you are at, before you commit to anything.
Do I have to use you to install it?
No. Plenty of clients take the plan and the plant list and build it themselves, or hand it to their own contractor — that is exactly what the documents are for. We do install, and we are happy to quote it, but the design stands on its own.
Do you work outside Metro Atlanta?
Yes. The design work is delivered digitally, so we can work with clients anywhere in the US, and there is a 10% discount when a project is handled 100% remotely. On-site consultations, plant placement and installation are Metro Atlanta services. On-site consultations, plant placement and installation are Metro Atlanta services.
How long does it take?
AP Design comes back the same day — that is an experimental, AI-assisted first pass, complimentary with a paid consultation, and it does not include revisions. QuickSnap designs come back in two to three days. 3D Snaps and Blueprint Snaps take one to two weeks. Every paid package includes revision rounds and unlimited communication in between.
