Who we are

YardSnaps is a landscape design and photo-imaging studio based in Atlanta, Georgia. These terms apply to the use of this website and to design work commissioned through it.

Prices and packages

Published prices are list prices. Where a package shows a range, the final figure depends on the size and complexity of the area to be designed, and is confirmed before work begins. A 10% discount applies to projects handled 100% remotely.

The cost of an on-site consultation is deducted from the cost of any design package, with the exception of the Premier and Prime Landscape Snaps.

What a design is, and is not

A YardSnaps design is a visual representation. Renders and photo-imaged overlays show plants at a representative mature size and in representative color; living plants vary, and growth depends on soil, sunlight, water and care. A design is not a survey, an engineering drawing, a drainage study or a guarantee of plant performance.

Where a design includes structures, hardscape or grade changes, it is your responsibility — or your contractor's — to confirm local permitting, setbacks, easements and utility locations before construction. Call 811 before you dig.

Revisions and delivery

Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds and a stated delivery window, both listed on the package page. Delivery windows begin once we have everything we need from you: photographs, a description of the design needs, and the property address.

Installation

Installation is quoted separately, per project, after the design is settled. You are never required to have us install a design in order to receive it.

Third-party products

Pergolas and similar manufactured structures are supplied subject to the manufacturer's own warranty and lead times.

Intellectual property

Designs, drawings, plans and renders produced by YardSnaps remain our intellectual property. On payment in full you receive the right to use them for the design, construction and maintenance of the property they were produced for. Site content, images and text are ours and may not be reproduced without permission.

Our Services

YardSnaps provides the services described on this website. The specific work, price, and schedule for your job are set out in the quote, estimate, or written agreement we provide for that job, which together with these Terms forms the agreement between us. Descriptions and any figures shown on this website are general information, not a binding quote. Scheduling depends on availability, weather, parts and material lead times, and other factors outside our control, so any dates we give are estimates and can change. If the scope of the work changes, or conditions are found once work begins that we could not see beforehand, we will discuss any change to price or timeline with you before continuing.

Age Restriction

This website and our services are intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to use this website, request or purchase services from YardSnaps, provide us with a mobile number, or consent to receive text messages from us. By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, please do not submit any information through this website.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

YardSnaps operates a text messaging program so customers and prospective customers can reach us and receive service updates. These SMS terms form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Program description and message types. Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text campaigns.
How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages by giving us your mobile number and asking us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at (470) 748-4088. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us and on any active or upcoming job.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. YardSnaps is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
How to opt out. Text STOP to (470) 748-4088 at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further texts to that number. You can opt back in at any time by texting us again.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (470) 748-4088 or YardSnaps@gmail.com. Full support details are at the end of these Terms.
Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
Supported carriers. Our program is supported by major mobile carriers in the United States. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The mobile information you share with us, and your text messaging consent, are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information YardSnaps collects, how we use and protect it, how our text messaging consent works, and the choices and rights you have. It forms part of these Terms, and by using this website or our services you agree to it. Where these Terms and the Privacy Policy overlap on how we handle personal information, the Privacy Policy applies.

Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them, this website, or the services we provide, are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
